Fix Email Delivery Issues (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)

SPF and DKIM help prove your emails are legitimate. Without them, messages may land in spam or fail delivery.

Step 1: Enable DKIM and SPF

In cPanel, open Email Deliverability and ensure DKIM and SPF show as enabled for your domain.

Step 2: If DNS is external, copy records

If your DNS is managed elsewhere, cPanel will show the required records. Copy those records into your DNS provider.

Step 3: Add a basic DMARC policy

A DMARC record improves deliverability and reporting. Start with a monitoring policy before enforcing strict rules.

Changes can take time to propagate. Test again after DNS updates.
