How to Access Webmail on Veerhost (Roundcube)

Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser without installing an email app. This is useful for quick access, troubleshooting, and working from different devices.

Access webmail

You can access webmail in two ways:

  • From cPanel: open Email Accounts and click Check Email next to your mailbox
  • From your browser: visit yourdomain.com/webmail

Log in using your full email address (example: [email protected]) and your email password.

Using Roundcube

Roundcube is the most common webmail interface. Inside Roundcube you can:

  • Compose and reply to messages
  • Create folders and move emails
  • Search your mailbox
  • Manage an address book

If webmail doesn’t open

If yourdomain.com/webmail does not load, try:

  • Using the webmail link directly from cPanel
  • Testing in an incognito window
  • Waiting for DNS/SSL changes to propagate if you recently pointed your domain

If login fails

Make sure you’re using the mailbox password (not your cPanel password). If needed, reset the mailbox password in Email Accounts.
